I unpotted an epic tempest ring with 9% int! Should I sell it in the future? Due to the fact that tempest rings would inflate in price, considering how there aren't much updates in the future that have similar properties of the tempest ring... Or sell it now?

By the way, how much does this thing cost? I have no clue whats so ever.
