Inner ability help
So on my xenon i have a unique inner ability that gives +15% drop rate, and +7% buff duration. I'm receiving 70k honor points soon and i dont know if i should. Drop rate hasn't been helping me much with boss drops or elite bosses imo.
A)Reset with 100s to get legendary
B)lock in first two lines and hope to get a good 3rd line
c)lock in unique to get rang boosting abilities
On my Evan i got Legendary with only about 13k honor points and was wondering if I could get it on my xenon.

Go for Legendary and try to get either +1 attack speed or a high % buff duration. Don't settle for anything else.

I suggest keeping what you have until you build a larger buffer of honor points, 200k ish. 70k honor really isn't that much, I've spent well over 2M searching for a good IA.
In my experience, honor until unique and then cs circs.
Legendary or go home
Honor until Unique, use NX Circulators until Legendary, and then reset w/ lock on whatever necessary to keep it there until you get good lines.
