Strange Lag Spikes

Randomly yesterday I started getting heavy lag spikes that make it impossible for me to play for more than like 10 minutes at a time..

This never happened before. I rarely ever lagged and now i'm hardcore lagging.. Is there some glitch? My comp works fine with everything and I have no viruses so I don't see why I have these massive lag spikes...
This happens to me too.

This is most likely caused by Blackcipher.

Open your task manager and look for Blackcipher, you will notice that Blackcipher takes up to 50% or more CPU usage whenever you experienced a lag spike.
To prevent the lag spike, click "Show Processes from all users" so that you can change the priority and affinity of the Blackcipher.
Set the priority to low and allow the Blackcipher to only run in 1 out of 4 CPU (or the total number of CPU your PC have) under affinity.

This will solve most of the lag spike we experienced for now
@janny1993 some people get d/c'd after doing that
You only get disconnected if you end the blackcipher processes.
All I suggested is to change the priority and affinity.

@HellzHeal: Well I just posted a thread about it, go check it out.

I've included easy-to-follow image guide for computer dummies.

Edit: oops, stupid me. I forgot to include the link

I've had this same problem and like you, I rarely lag but my lag isn't as bad, most of it is just about 10 seconds and then normal but I get weird screeching sounds too whenever I'm on maple o.o
