Gallant Emblems From Monsters
I am aware that Gallant Emblems drop from monsters level 70+, but does the monster still have to be between 20 levels below or 11 levels above you? Excluding level 150+? I don't know if I have been wasting my time for the last month or not?

I'm pretty sure that the monsters do not have to be near your level, but I have noticed that the higher level the monster, the higher the drop rate. After grinding for days on my phantom, I have only gotten 1 emblem. On my evan, I was doing the artifact quest today and got 3 emblems within a 30 minute period. The other day I got 2. It may just have been my luck, but imo I think that they higher level the monster the higher drop rate.

I have gotten Gallant Emblems from Skeles (level 14x) while I'm a level 198.

Gallant Emblems are not affected by the drop rate reductions.

after like 150+ the whole exp/drop thing doesnt apply anymore.. that's why i said excluding lvl 150+

150+ monsters don't get nerfed.
