Ht Solo Capability Without Boss damage?
Hi, so I recently finished all the Horntail prequests and got the badge, and now I want to know something.
I know it may seem foolish to ask because my range may seem "high" to some people but then again. I have only 10% boss, and the only PDR I have comes from Defense break...
So basically, is it possible to solo HT, or even worth it to try with a 70k-82k buffed range? 10% boss and 0% PDR (Only the 40% chance for 100% PDR from Defense Break).. and 85% crit rate

Time is not the issue. Even though I got hacked and now only have 50k range with no boss damage I can still manage to kill ht with 30 minutes left.

I'm assuming you have problems with surviving, so I guess get those HP buff potions that gives like extra 10k hp? 80K is more than enough to solo HT.
I was able to solo HT in ~40 minutes back when I had a 65k buffed range. You'll have no problem.
Yeah, you should be able to do it. I have about a 55k range and 40% boss (60% PDR I think), and I solo HT in about 35 minutes on my Mercedes.
My mercedes made it with below 40k and 60% boss, that's theoretically 64K .. Yes you're fine.
Edit : oh wait.. you said with buffs. Still thinking yes though.
You could do it with no boss, pdr and a 50-60k range. Especially as a mercedes.
You'll definitely make it.
As for time, I'd say 35-40 minutes.
Make sure you wait until 32 minutes after you entered the main cave before you kill it.

@YeeHAwxDD: Yeah i know i need to upgrade, I need to cube my bowgun and get a better arrow. I already have a 6% crit neb in my bowgun and I like it xD, I just need to get a 30% boss arrow, but It's too hard for me to rack up 2b for it..
Nothing's impossible right? I'd say give it a try why not LOL but I'd stock on apples or at buy a neb 18% pdr or just get a dbg with at least 30%boss dmg
