I am all about beginners. Does Phantom have a beginner or does it shoot you to level 10 after cutscenes?

I am all about beginners. Does Phantom have a beginner or does it shoot you to level 10 after cutscenes?

It shoots you to level 10, I believe.
With the current way Nexon thinks, I think it'll shoot you to 10 after the cutscenes. Although, the reason for that is usually explained with some reason in all the other cases of this happening (Mercedes stuck in ice for a long time, Demon Slayer getting defeated by black mage, Jett crashing to maple world and breaking her core, etc).
