can anyone give me kind of general guidelines for equips (%stat, wep, etc) that i can get with ~20b in khaini?

It's pretty hard to find a perfect bow but if you can it will probably be around 7-10b depending upon the potential, maybe a bit more. Bowman equips are pretty cheap so you should be able to get like 70-80% dex on some empress equips and a pretty decent bow.
