Doublelift past to where he is now

Road to success

Man this brought a tear to my eye. I mean others have had it worse obviously but still touching. I really want to hear Bjergsen's road to success story.

Thoughts?

Not.. really anymore league is a big community all you need to do is finish highschool and be good at the game and you probably have a chance of being pro.

@yearn Yeah, pretty much,we only see the successful people. Look at 5 hobos on the streets of LA, one of them probably went through something similar to doublelift.

Wow, what a real story that a lot of people can relate too. It's your typical asian family; parents want you to do the standard path. Do well in high school, get into a good university, get your degree, get a six figure salary paying job. You don't really get that freedom to do what you want to do & if you try to go against this path, you get kicked out. I'm not really into the whole pro gaming scene but i'm glad this guy was able to live his dream & making a living off pro gaming.

Not surprising. Risky move but he did well. His mother just wanted him to get a job that would make sure he would make money off of. Other's had worse.
