Yes, If you can top the highest kill rate you'll get the Legendary Medal. Getting 100K is just veteran. Yes it stays.
The legendary hunter medal yes. I'm pretty sure youll keep veteran hunter medal.

in my world the highest is 198k
Yeah, but aiming for Legendary is going to be hard. o.o
