my game run fine till today,
I tried to log in and the game crush everytime I am trying to enter PIN code...
saw that might be banned? but anyone got this problem too?

obviously he means immediately. Send a ticket to Nexon/livechat.
lf you're banned, a notice will prevent you from logging on in the first title screen where you enter your Nexon ID and password.
Maybe you have a bad cnnectin.
