Anyone know where the live chat button actually went, since nexon had so much time to fix their customer support page but not the glitch and bugs in the game

Yeah, I remember doing live chat on tuesday, was 2nd in line. On wednesday when they did ban appeals it was like 30+

Yeah last week they did live chat every weekday and ban appeals wednesday. Nice to know they had so much time to change that policy and change how their site's look.

Figures since most people only used the chat for ban appeals. Anyways live chat is changed to only wednesday now?
