Dojo Gloves?
It's been a full day and I haven't received my Dojo gloves. After doing some google-ing, I found out it's counted every 6 hours? This is for rank 3 of job rankings, which the NPC explains is enough for the lowest tier of them.

Dojo was changed recently. Now:
-Dojo is only counted and resets once a week.(3AM EST on Monday* @Terfil)
-Only the fastest player your whole world gets Heroes gloves
-Only the fastest player per class in your world gets Mu Gong's Gloves
-Only the second and third fastest player per class in your world get So Gong's Gloves
-Everybody else gets nothing

If you're referring to the new revamped dojo, it counts once a week before 3 am EST on sunday.
