Bugged patch?

After the maintenance a couple of my skills just aren't working right. To be specific:

My I/L's Frozen Orb simply glides past enemies without touching them. They take no damage, the orb doesn't slow at all. Applies no stacks.

My Evan's Dragon Glide continues to glide after I let go of the key, doesn't usually do this.

I've restarted the game, changed channels, etc. Nothing has changed.
