Should Blizzard be maxed?
I am currently lvl 96 on my sniper and ive been using my blizzard as much as a mobbing atk as a immobilizer. My sniper is brand new and i had always though blizzard did not hit criticals, delt relatively weak damage and was only raised to the lvl where it can freeze for 3 seconds. But now would it be more beneficial to max it and use it in place of iron arrow?

i'd max it. there is no other skill you can add points that can beat bliz. you can get max speed with 6 thrust, eagle sucks and it's replaced by frostprey, and arrow blow...
i maxed blizzard and only have 6 thrust because with my xbow and MoN i have 139 speed, i can probably get +1 later if shoes have it scrolled on or potential idk yet but no real problem

Ahahaha gotta love that gun. But if i'm understanding you correctly blizzard is a great skill to extend your range like bomb. But personally even in my early 120s and now my training has been pretty much jump shooting blizzard (more than 2 targets) or strafe (fewer than 3 targets) around the Gigantic Spirit Viking map.
In conclusion yes yes yes max blizzard, cause frankly I don't know what else you would max and its awesome
i maxed blizz and i think its way better than IA
Hm, the fact that iron arrow only travels straight has been a bit of a hindrance to me. I think i will max blizzard just for the extra damage and it's ability to curve.
