The Permanent Safety Charm

So.. the new permanent safety charm is now available in cash shop, it prevents exp loss and restores 30% hp and mp upon revival, while also returning you to town.

My question is, Is it Really permanent?
There was once a permanent Pet name tag on sale, for double the actual price. Normally if you bought this item, it would expire in 90 days, but when you used it to name your pet, the effect is permanent. So in reality this was a waste, since both the "permanent" and normal Pet name tags still had the same outcome when used. Its just that you were paying double the price for the same thing. Kinda like hair/eye coupons. The coupons themselves will expire, but if you use them in time the effect is permanent.

...So is this the same case with the safety charm? I mean sure it doesnt have an expiration date and lasts forever... but when you die, does it disappear like a 1-time use? or does it stay in your inventory forever like permanent face emotions?

Well, wth this at least you don't need return scrolls to go back to town.
Return scrolls are a waste of space.

I have been considering this, I dont know if its worth it thouhg, its so easy to get 10% now that losing it doesnt really hurt that much. Maybe back in 2008 I would have bought this.
