if you have the funds go 9th anniversary prime scrolls for 2h weapon (+10 att/matt, +3 all stats each scroll) (most expensive), if not, the cheapest and optimal way is to wait for spell trace fever time (extra 10% success rate) and work on your dilligence in the meantime. That way you can get 35% success for +9 att.
