Cooldown Ignore for Hyper Skills
Hi all,
I know that buff duration and cooldown decrease does not work on Hyper skills. How about "Cooldown Ignore"?
I got a S-rank 18% chance to ignore cooldowns so I'm wondering if it would work on Hypers.

The people in this thread has discussed that "% to ignore cooldown" does not work on hyper skills.

So yeah, I guess I'll just keep it and try it out once hypers are out.

Bleh im trying to get back the +28% Buff duration that I lost x_x
Wow 18% Would be really useful. Imagine if you managed to get three of those! :O That would just be too epic.
Im currious if Time Leap will effect cool downs in anyway...

Maybe it's just safe to assume nothing affects duration or cooldown of hypers. You should redo that inner ability.
They don't. I've had a cooldown ignore on my merc, and the attacking hyper skill on the end key, never ignored the cooldown.
Hyper Skills are immune to duration increases, cooldown decreases, and cooldown ignores.
Probably not, but you never know until you try.
