First time long jumping tips
Tomorrow I'm going to be doing the long jump for the first time. I'm a freshman sprinter (High school) and I was wondering about any tips you may have towards the long jump, particularly the last 2 steps before takeoff.

jump and land with your feet together. =D hope this helps and gl on your long jump thing.
