Ntfs vs Fat32 vs ExFat
So after some research, is this the right conclusion?
NTFS for mechanical drives
ExFat for Flash drives
Fat32 is an outdated version of ExFat, but is more compatible.
ExFat advantage is larger file transfer limit

It sort of depends on what your application is (that is, what you're using the devices for), but in general that's about right.
