Should Maplestory be more serious? Or interesting events?
This game [b]is[/b] meant for kids but can't they have some serious content or event that the child oozing garbage they serve us? Don't you guys think that most of the maple events are being recycled. Kill an amount for this to get this. Stay online a certain amount for this to get this. Collect certain drops for this. What happened to Masteria? It had some serious potential. (we've heard it a million times but for the sake of an example). remember the agent event with Agent M. Great event but they never told us who it was even when they said they would. >.< Jett? A space bounty hunter from space (lol just lol). Angelic buster is a [b]japanese magic girl anime wizard pop idol with a dragon on her arm[/b]. (c'mon). Now most people will say, "don't like it? don't play it" but please all for the sake of a discussion this is what it's all about.
for the tldr people
-rehashed events
-content had potential that either failed or left us unsatisfied
-classes with ridiculous back stories that even a kid would laugh at
-complaining and not expecting fixes or changes but a discussion

Some of it just seems silly and cheesy. Look at the Alient content in Masteria (killing Masteria with examples) see how the characters act and what they say. Or how about the monkey for cannoneer?

Exactly. What kid playing this game would know Pdr or Tot dmg to atk%? It's like saying Pokemon is for kids when it has such a larger demographic than just kids.
