Attack speed questions
I was looking at Fafnir and Terminus weapons and I noticed that the Terminus was fast (5) speed while all other desperados are normal(6). Do DA's reach speed cap with a normal speed weapon anyway, rendering the fast speed on the terminus weapon useless? Also, why does the SW deserpado have 8 slots while all other SW weapons have 7?

terminus = no dsi
fafnir = dsi
They only reach faster (3) with a normal (6) weapon. The Terminus would reach the speed cap of faster (2).
