What do I need for college
I will be a senior in high school next year but I will be going to college through the PSEO program
I will be going full time, and would like a bit of advice when it comes to what I will need for my classes
My classes consist of: American Government, American Economics (Macro), Painting, and College Writing
I have a laptop and I have programs like microsoft word, excel, etc.
Will I need anything else software wise for my laptop?
Notebooks? Binders? Things like that
Do I need notebooks? Or will I mostly be using a laptop?
I'm just not sure how this works so if someone could help out that'd be great

If you really want to make the best grades, I'd suggest using a binder with sheets of paper in them (also some dividers if you want some organization). Writing things down is the most effective way of understanding the material because it works better with your brain. Typing isn't too bad either and it's neater but not as effective as writing.
Having been through college already, it isn't as bad as people make it out to be. It's certainly much better than high school that's for sure.

Technically speaking, I can only miss four hours of class before they "drop" me. However that usually isn't the case. Still if you're paying tons to go to college, at least put forth some effort to be there.
I went to literally half my classes. I had the exact same classes as my roommate and I just studied his notes. Funny thing is, I got better grades than him. That was until this year they made some rule that you can only mis X amount of class.
I used a three ring binder with insert-able note sheets in High School, we weren't allowed laptops. In college though, I strictly use my netbook for notes and I have a small notebook and a pencil just in case.
I have an iPad2 that I use for note taking and such; that's about it. Always bring a binder and a notebook to class, along with a pen and pencil. That's really about it o_O College is really overhyped.
