Job Help for teens

I am in a pickle of sorts, I am desperately trying to find a job so I can have some sort of cash flow but I lack the necessary experience or skills required by most employers
I cannot receive this experience or any of these skills either because none of these employers that offer these experiences or give you the skills required by many will hire me
So I am stuck jobless, and spend my days filling out applications for absolutely no reason it seems.
I get no help from my parents or family when it comes to this matter, so is there anything I can do?
Are there programs I can actively seek out and become a part of so that I have a better chance or getting a job or at least getting skills I need to get a damn job
Government programs?
Anything at all?

Or you could try House Keeper at hotels part-time.

Searching for jobs is annoying, even if you've graduated from High School or College or are in High School or College.

Nepotism is unfair! He should earn the spot instead.

Sheesh really?
I've been putting in applications since May and now what I'm hearing is that it's probably too late to land a job?
Lame. -_-

There's little chance that you're going to land a job this summer, but try finding part-time work for the next school year so you can secure a job next summer.

Well firstly its harder to get part time jobs in the summer because all the college/high schoolers already applied for them in May. It will probably take you atleast a month to land a job. You can bag at a grocery store or be a waiter at a restraunt w/o experience. If you want experience look for internships. You parents can help there by seeing if you can shadow people at their work

My friend's brother said to work as a teller for a bank. He did that through his high school years, and that was his first job.
