Are BaM suppose to have 70 crit?
Initial 5% crit + Staff Mastery's 40% Crit + Finishing Blow 30's 25% = 70%, but I still only have 45% with Finishing Blow 30. So I'm wondering if it's bugged or if Finishing Blow doesnt actually add towards crit. Sorry if this has already been asked/solved, I haven't been playing my Battle Mage for a very long time so I don't know stuff like this

Ah thanks for clearing that up
It adds, but it doesn't show.
Since your stat windows crit is counted towards every skill, it would be somewhat confusing if they added up 25% crit from FB, since it only affects FB.
In other words, your normal crit rate with every other attack is 45%, and your crit rate with FB is 45%+25% = 70%.
