1k is the last you can get from each card. I heard prots are going for 35 coins in the RED shop doe...
as many times as you want. you can charge 1k 20 times for a karma koin with 20k loaded.
You can charge 1k, 5k and 10k off them, assuming this is a 10k card you're using.
