No, knock down effect is just a 6(?) second stun on non-boss monsters.

Isn't it only for some 10% and 60% scrolls? Last time I checked, pink scrolls were 50%.
I don't know why they bother to bring these backs, these are just gunna spurr QQer's who think that 90% means 'this will 100% work cuz i spent real $$$ on this'.
