Please help me change my Ip address, Ip ban

Well basically, maple had that event where if accounts havn't logged in since march gets 3k maple points. I had about 10 accounts that were very old and i logged on all of them. As i logged back to my main, i noticed i couldnt log in anymore and i had the IP/location banned popup. I wasn't doing anything that would hurt or harm the maple community that would get me into this situation so i need help.

I need to change my Ip address, BUT my modem does not use or support Proxies.
It says it is a dynamic IP, but it never changes
I've sent 3 enquiries to nexon about this and yet they have not replied back to my email.

SO please help me find a solution to change m Ip address without using Proxies!
