Quick question about Phantom
Hey everyone I'm a new Phantom and I was wondering on how Phantoms boss. Is the best way to boss to still use hurricane/rapid fire? Or did that change after reboot to Milles + Tempest and Final Cut? Thanks!

Frozen orb for cv if u cap without FC

@hydroxide: There are only three situations you would ever want to use Frozen Orb.
1. If you lived back on July 2014.
2. If you're very funded and want a safe CPB kill (though it's probably best to DPS it down really fast).
3. If you're super mega funded and can cap without Cross Surge/FC, attacking with Frozen Orb and Arrow Blaster for full DPS.

It depends on the boss. Rapid Fire got replaced by Mille and Tempest. Hurricane is still viable, and in some cases is better than Mille/Tempest.
If not capping, it's best to use Mille and Tempest with Final Cut on all bosses except Von Bon and Magnus. For those two, it's better to use Hurricane.
I recommend almost never using Arrow Blaster for bossing if you do not cap (except for Gollux); only use it for your daily bossing and farming.
The simple way to view it is, if the boss doesn't allow effective use of Final Cut or you need the distance when fighting, use Hurricane instead.
Mille + Tempest and Arrow Blaster is better than FC 1v1 , but you need more range. It all changes
