When Snipe still had it's additional hit hyper for a brief time after it was made 1 line of 300m in KMST, it proc'd additional bolt, making a 1-line skill a 3-line skill. We all know what Nexon did after that.
An extra line weapon on any hurricane class would be ridiculously OP, for that matter. Imagine a whip blade? A cane? Hell, even bows and guns and bowguns would be OP.

The only skill that is found not to be applied is Final Attacks.
single line skills such as Wing Beats also works and you get 2 lines.
And hopefully, they don't make bow or staff version of Ryude and make some of the insane hit per second skills to get one more line..

1 more hit matters late game when everyone is hitting 50m caps and your cra/magnus times are determined by the number of lines per move you do lol
One hit is better than 40% boss because one hit is somewhat big deal for some classes..such as lets use for an example your skill does 400% dmg and u hit 4 times..1 more hit = 25% MORE overall dmg AKA 500% dmg per skill..that means that u would technically deal more dmg with it than without it
I get that the sword gives you 1 extra attack, even though its not on all skills. But why is it so expensive? Its not a joker item, so you would lose the RA set effect. And anyone who can afford a 40b weapon has the RA set already. You would be losing 40% boss, and it seems like that would be better than 1 extra hit unless you can hit cap without the RA set effect.

I believe Scarecrow drops it at a low rate. Rank 1 & 2 Oz Boxes also have a chance for it. It doesn't come exclusively from Dorothy.
