I got this too... just email them and they'll just say that someone was unauthorized to use your account (or something like that) and you just have to tell them your email you used for that acccount, name, and year or birth.

Its a paypal issue probably

Well in my world :

10 dollars = 1b

1b = 20k nx in game

20k nx > 10 dollars.

So he saves 10 dollars by buying with meso instead of selling his meso.

(In my opinion he saves the full 20. Meso is just meso; i spend all my meso on NX)

By paying mesos to people who buy nx you're just making them buy more nx so they can sell the items to you. So technically youre paying nexon your money.

This is confusing because my paypal and bank account (I use direct transfer not a credit card) both still show my transactions of late as having been completed. I have sent an email to billingpp at nexon.net and hopefully that is the right step to getting this resolved.

Something somehow had a charge back. billingpp bans are usually NX related or exploit related.

Until you pay them X amount of money, regardless of whether you actually owe them or not.

Oh, I've heard of this before.
I believe it usually happens in this scenario:
You purchase NX through paypal and use it in-game, then for some reason those payments get withdrawn on your paypal account or what-have-you.
It's more of a temporary ban until the issue is resolved.

EDIT: And when I say until the issue is resolved, you must do the resolving!

billingpp ban, contact nexon because something went wrong when you were purchasing NX online, probably because you paid with paypal

EDIT: this has happened to various maplers and i don't remember the correct email for billingpp bans but the problem usually occurs with your money not going to nexon so they just block your account until you pay your dues according to the amount of NX you bought.
