At level 5, PA is on 1260% damage and hits 4 monsters at max.
I assume that you have 180% max crit damage.
Assuming PA hits 1000000 damage on the 4th hit with the critical bonus being 180%, PA would do 1260%*180%*1.2^3=3919% damage.
You will need a 25,517 Max range to be able the damage cap by 1 damage on the 4th hit of level 5 PA with 180% crit on a monster with 0 Def and 0% PDR.

In order to hit max damage (999999) with PA on the first monster, you need around 35,612.5 max range to rarely hit max on first hit on something with 0% PDR and 0 Defence.

and @ Harini IKR >.< I tested that first, and had to take like a half hour break due to disappointment before i tested the actual dmg
