The Epic Struggle On Training well as of 3 days ago i have reached another training block (surprised i lasted this long (1 1/2 months)) and i now need something to do or some tips on how to get through the hardness of training, specifically from levels 51-70 (these are easy to most players but this is where my block stands). I just don't see much point to go on while i'm training. well yeah of course the point is to gain levels but it's like whenever i start training i do like 50% and then i lose all momentum. i find 1-50 quite easy and 40-51 a bit fun because of cpq. 51-70 is just..you know. I try to bear with 60-70 by gspqing but my inner damage whore and jealousy takes control of me and i feel useless. There is no specific class i am but
Are You Kidding Me? as stated by the title Are you kidding me? let me give you some more insight on what i mean.....Every time i get a good to not half bad fm spot i get D/C Hacked! it's been happening a lot recently and i'm starting to get a bit angry now. First, people in the fm take two spaces! which doesn't even make sense other than they are just (insert bad word here). Don't say "maybe they are saving it for a friend" well i don't think that 18/20 maplers are all taking two spots for their friends. And on top of all that, whenever i do manage to get a spot i always get D/C hacked withing the first few minutes! i mean like wth is wrong with those people! anyway the point of this thread is to express my anger over these people
Crystal Ore Drops? Hi, i've recently started using the maker skill and found that i can enhance my weapons i make with power crystals. My question is what monster drops the str crystal ore and the which ones drop the Dex ore too. they don't have to be the same monster, i'm just looking for a good monster or two for each ore that drops them quite often or at a good drop rate

What is % stats? hello, i'm not sure that it is called % stats but i'm wondering what this means..... when and item's potential says something like +6% STR or +3% luk what does that mean? is it the same as +6 str or +3 luk? i have been gone for a while and am still learning about all the new updates and such and would like some help with this question. if anyone could please give me an answer that would be appreciated ^_^ ~Thanks ans have a nice day
Hows it been? Hello folks, Due to having absolutely nothing left to do today (sadly) I decided i'd check in and see how ol' maplestory's been doing. My question (or rather a couple questions) of the day is simply...what's new? The last time i played was around the release of Xenon and i'm looking for some insight on new classes, ways to train, etc. Without further ado, i would be most grateful if i could have these questions answer'd... -What new classes are there and how "good" are they? The new Blaze Wizard and Night Walker look kind of cool but i want the communities opinion -What's the best way/best areas to level up now? I'm sure something changed or maybe the exp curve has been increased? i don't know :p -How's the economy?
Zero explanation? Hello again everyone, i've recently returned to maplestory and after having a couple things explained to me by some generous basilers i decided to make a zero. Now thinking it would just be like any other class where you job advance and level up in the usual training spots i was extremely shocked. Apparently i can't train in normal spots until lv180? and how do i even level up my zero? no evo world, no MPE, i can't even figure out how to participate in the events lol. And what is all of this tag and assist stuff? i read spadow's and orangemushrooms blogs and i think you have to use their skills in some fashion and constantly switch? but it also says you can just use one the whole time? Oh and most importantly! What is with
Cube Crafting, Is it worth it? Hiya folks, so i've been back for a about two months now but never really got into the new crafting system. I just wanted to ask if crafting cubes was actually worth it if i wanted to cube my unique stuff and don't have NX. According to my data it would be about 60-65m per cube if i were to buy all the materials. To me (being a medium wealthed player currently) it would seem worth it to an extent but i would like the opinion of the public please ^_^ as a side question, i have level 10 smithing, do i need to be lv11 for the master craftsmen cube? and if so, whats the fastest/cheapest was to get there and how long will it take? Massive d/c problem Well as of the v113 patch, there have been massive login and disconnecting issues. They still havn't fixed it and the whole time "Libra" from nexon has been replying to forum games instead or about subjects that don't relate to the massive disconnecting problem. I've checked the nexon forums and some people claim they've found ways to fix it but none of them have worked for me so far. So, does anyone have a way to fix the d/cing every 1~2minutes problem? that is..if we can even log in. Or do we have to wait for nexon to fix this?
Cygnus Knight passover? Hello, I was just wondering if i were to make a Wind archer or thunder breaker today and level it up if it would pass over to the new update. For instance, instead of waiting for the update next week and making a new character, i simply make a normal TB right now and get him to 120, will i be able to get the new skills coming at 120 or will i have to start over? Why are people so inconsiderate? People these days are just way too selfish and inconsiderate. An example is today when i was looking for a place to put my shop in the fm. I go along checking all the fms and such when i reach fm's 10-12 i see that everyone and yes i mean EVERYONE! has their shop up and they are taking up two count em TWO! spaces! I mean like wth? why take up 2 fm spaces when you only need one? maybe some other mapler would like a space? why even take two spaces in the first place? there's no gain in it. i mean it, why do people have to be so inconsiderate and selfish? ~please share your thoughts on this matter or maybe share some selfish moments of your own that people have done to you~
Another class thread i've been very bored lately and i have just got 2 weeks off of school, i havn't played maplestory since mechanics came out as i just got bored of endless grinding, i tried making a free lv50 dual blade but then ragequit after 10mins in the golden temple lol. i heard about the ascension update and i read what was added/removed/revamped and i come here with the problem of what class to choose. now here's the scenario, i have about 30m funding and a 9 atk wg. the problem is that i'm in bera so about 80% of the time training spots will be taken. i am thinking about moving to a new world but the problem is that i wont have any funding. so basil, i am noob here asking for a good opinion, which ascension class should i make an
Possible to Anvil an Anvild Item? just like the title says, say if i were to take a gray thief symbol that's been anvil'd to look like a crying mask. A Potential Question I just need to know one thing about potential as i'm fairly new to the game as of returning from a 6 month break. Say i get an item that has a potential of 3% luk +40 weapon def. If i used an equip enhancement scroll on it would the % luk or +40 def only be able to go up? if so then what is the risk? please answer me this basil ~Thanks~
