Trying to add a new player Adding a new player isn't working for me. I am able to enter my character name, it then takes me to a page where I can enter my playing times and class. However, when I click submit it takes me back to the previous page and my character is not added. I've tried submitting tickets about this issue twice, and both times I got the same response: Hello iCrisis, thank you for taking the time to send us a ticket. The staff has responded to your ticket, please read this over carefully and provide any additional info if necessary to help us look into your issue. There is no player with that name on this site. Your ticket: Javastop What does this even mean? Javastop is the name of the player I'm trying to add.
