Forever single Title wont go away Iv accepted the medal like 5 times, and yet everytime i log in or change channels it tells me i earned it and when i talk to the dude with medals, hes always able to give me one. I assumed nexon would fix it but its been 3 patches and still no such luck. What should i do about it?

Nexon and tickets So for some reason whenever i train my DB, ill DC in the middle of using a skill, that being said i cant train my DB anymore. I logged a ticket about the problem to nexon over 2 weeks ago and have no responce, i dont even think it has been looked at. Whats the usual responce time to nexon and and there tickets? S/N: does any other DB have this problem? or Does anyone know how i can fix this?
