Self image issues and how to deal with them Hello, basil. I would like to seek advice on how to deal with self image issues and the feeling of not being adequate enough compared to your peers. Does anyone also going through the same thing and can give advice or share their experiences and how to deal with this issue in a productive way? In a social setting I feel like I'm not attractive enough or not smart enough compared to those around me. This makes me feel unmotivated and lose what confidence I have.
