We don't know exactly what the experience penalty will be at 31 levels above you, though. Seems like a useless change so far.

A Letter to Wind Piercing Dear Wind Piercing, Why do you suck so bad? You used to be so powerful. After the Bowman Revamp, even Dragon's Breath is stronger than you. I undertand that you drain and all now, but Irena's Wind Piercing doesn't, and Dragon's Breath pushes. What's the point of making an UE Crossbowman anymore? Heros Oath Skills Anyone know if they stack with each other? I know for sure that the same ones (e.g. Aran and Aran) wouldn't. This could encourage a party of the 5 Heroes to gather, giving an extra 50% damage and 250k damage cap. I think the skill should give 200k damage cap each, though, to double the damage cap when all 5 Heroes are present :3 They only work for Heroes, afterall.
