178 PSB without pot is about 2b in Scania. I'd say 3b ish.
Edit: Forgot, there's like no demand for them now. 2.5b should be the price.
I'd say more or less 3.5b as well in Bera but it has to be the right buyer because there are a lot of decent psbs floating around trying to be sold
