How can I afford these

Well I'm in dead need of a Reverse Killic/Pescas and Dkhanjar since all the other 120+ Shadowers have one~
Im at 73m with some items to sell and I have tt10, a clean zhelm (avg) no pot, and a clean scar (bad pot).
Should I sell my Evo Ring 1/2 lvl 17. Are they going to deflate due to the smithing skills + new rings?
