Well, I/L mages are pretty easy to level without any funding whatsoever. So basicly any mage class would probably be cheapest, thief/warrior classes are probably most expensive atm.
I started with literally nothing on my bishop. The only times i had trouble with money were an equip here and there and the 10mil meso for 4thjob. People gave me money even though I never sold Hs or leech.
Pot money is unnecessary after mp eater and heal are maxed (if you dont use magic guard)
