Honor is just a thing that you get from aswan during server wars. As you level it you unlock things called "inner ability" which is essentially potential. You get honor exp for fighting during the server wars for either completing an attack / occupy / defend or for leaving or time out. To change the inner ability you use things that are essentially golden eggs that are in ranks ranging from 10 to 1 which can be earned from leveling honor up or buying them for aswan coins which are earned from completing raids.
It is essentially just another way nexon will end up earning money by putting the better rank eggs in the cash shop as i have only seen upto a rank 4 egg.

I'll explain it to you all. Honor is the ability to unlock something called "Inner Abilities". You can see them by going to your stat window. It's like the potential system for your characters. You can get things like Stats, Attack and etc like Potential, but you can get some special abilities like reducing cooldowns, transferring your HP into MP, allowing you to hit more mobs and even more.
You can level your honor by doing the Aswan PQ, but you can only unlock one slot. You got to do more quests to unlock the last 2 slots. To change your abilities, you have to buy Circulators with the coins you get from doing the quest, so luckily, you don't have to pay NX.
