best bet would to have a fm shop saying "offer on pendent"
and put it in the shop max (unbuyable*) and take offers for a few weeks to see what people are willing to pay for it
and go off that

shop permit have alot idk how much mesos in your invo so its unbuyable

hard to say with how tempest pendents are right now...
scrolled wise i would say it could be worth alot more then non-scrolled
as for bonus potential idk if that effect price that much as theres alot more bonus potentials and only 1 line effects mages
and im not sure but that 10m.att could be a rare line
