Consider an eviolite Doublade- with its 150 base defense, it can easily tank earthquakes from Mega Garchomp for days.

Impish Nature with Eviolite
252 HP
252 Defense
4 Spec D
(you can also invest in attack here and go for a bulky sweeper)
You can also play with the moveset, depending on what you wish for doublade to accomplish on your team
If you want pure tank capabilities:

If you want a bulky sweeper:

Power Trick?
@Mercbabe: Yeah I'm a bit worried about Aegislash's predictability. Also, I decided Scizorite over Choice Band because although it lowers the power, it gives Scizor much more bulk and the ability to switch moves.
