pretty much never. don't expect it at all.
PQ mode has highest drop rate. Weapon drops more often than other armors for me. The light blue dragon, and red octopus dropped most of the sw stuffs I got.
Super low solo, basically only drops in PQ.
Union drops 'em more commonly. I got like 3 sw equips in 3 runs once
If you manage to get SilkRoad like everytime that is ofc.
