How to use Adv Equip Enhancement AEE
I got 3 advanced equip enhancement from the event, they're untradeable, so I'm using them.
I don't want my items to boom, so, is it okay if I use 1 AEE on 1 different equip?
Also, which stats will it change? Like, if I use it on my gloves, will the m.att go up? Or, my earrings, will the m.att go up?

Oh, alright! So, if I use it on my flamekeeper gloves, which had base m.atk without scrolls. Now with more attack, chaosed, can AEE add m.att?

You're thinking of the Gachapon Event EE's.
chances of increasing att on equips other than weapons is low, so i would just use it on weapons

no it doesn't, it's the same as normal enhances, just at a 100% rate
if it had base m. attack, then it should work
