Infested with fleas. Help!

I am alone on this trek. My family have admitted that they are not dedicated and will not persevere countless hours to getting rid of these fleas so I am stepping forward and will fight these fleas by myself.

What do you guys recommend to kill adult fleas and flea eggs with? I have three dogs; all infested with them. The fleas have gotten into our bedsheets and I believe our entire house has the fleas. My father says we will be moving out of this house soon and so he will not allow me to fumigate the house. I know I will get the flea comb this weekend but is there any specific tool that I can use to kill the eggs and adults with?

What do you recommend?

Thank you.

Try Comfortis, I give my dogs chewable tablets and in a couple of days there's no more flea problem.

Just spread salt everywhere and theyll be gone ASAP, trust me my brothers dog had fleas, they infested the house. I used normal salt just spread it around the carpet, then vaccumed it up and tada works wonders
Its kind of disturbing that your parents are just letting you live with fleas.

Acutally, its EXTREMELY disturbing.
I was wondering this too as fleas can carry disease and cause tapeworm infestations which are even harder to get rid of than the fleas

Frontline/advantix/revolution are the best brands on the market. Hartz is a recipe for disaster. Flea collars don't work and dips don't prevent. If you are concerned about Frontline, try revolution (you can get it in squeeze or a shot from the vet) or advantix. I use frontline on my dogs, show dog or not.
Wash all fabric and fabric like stuff really well and shave your dogs. They'll eventually regrow their coat anyways.
Wouldn't the shaved dog mean more fleas on the dog because the skin is more accessible?

@ICantKs: Switch shampoos, definitely. And they'll keep coming back unless you get rid of the eggs, which is why you need to vacuum and wash things religiously.

If anything, the baths should at least keep them at bay to make your month more bearable.
@ICantKs: Look for something other than Frontline? It's never worked well for me anyway. I've been using this stuff called Skip Flea, it works fine. Talk to an exterminator or something if none of that's working.

Or just wait until you move so it's not your problem.
But the fleas would still be on the dogs after we move.
That's why I need something that kills the adult fleas instantly.
@ICantKs: You could try switching brands, if there's one with a different active ingredient.

There are some natural remedies, but they've never worked well for me.

I've had a few infestations. They're tough to get rid of, and if you half-ass it, they just come back stronger. I don't say that to be dramatic, either - sometimes they develop a resistance to whatever you try to kill them with the first time.

Douse your carpet with flea powder. Vacuum EVERYTHING remotely fabric-like. Wash all your sheets. Give your dogs a thorough bath with flea shampoo, then treat them with topical repellent (Advantage works best, in my experience). And to really do it right, treat your yard so your dogs don't ferry more into the house. Use a flea comb on them a lot to make sure.
To be honest I think they developed a resistance to my flea and tick shampoo.
It doesn't kill them at all. It just makes it so that they slip off easier.

I need something that kills the adult ones at contact.
How in the world do you get this many fleas..
At this point, the only thing i can think of is spray your entire house with pesticide.
We believe this house had fleas prior to us moving in because nobody lived here for quite some time before we moved in.
