Just heard about it...and I just did the Evo thing, got five levels only though. I suggest link three.

Didn't know people ran it in parties o.o I've always soloed MPE. Not too difficult imo and it's still great exp.
He won't get much invites at level 80 in MPE. Get friends to do MPE with you and you'll be level 100 in 2 runs. Otherwise just do R&J till 100. Do grind runs on R&J during 2x's and you should be ok.
Monster park extreme until 140. At lvl 100 you can add in evo world runs.
