Having trouble with the patch

I've been having trouble with the patch, whenever I try to download anything (the full client, manual patch, Inno setup)
it says that I can't connect to the server. I've also noticed in the task manager, my NEXONclient thing has disappeared.
Can anyone help me, or have the Nexon server gone down?

the servers are up. Try looking through the official forum for answers?
