Banned from rankings
Hi,
I was banned about about a month ago for afk'ing in LHC. I was pretty pissed about the whole thing and submitted a ticket, but of course I got the typical auto response bull that I was expecting and they refused to unban me. Now, ALL my characters are removed from rankings. I'm really upset about this.
If I create a new character on this account, will it show up on the rankings, of am I screwed?

I believe that's what happened. I left my computer on when I went to class one day.

How often do the ranking's update? I made a new Hayoto and he's not showing up

I'm not sure. I've been reading all over basil and the Nexon forums about the autoban system acting up.

I just created a new Hayoto, and got him to level 20. My ranking on that character is showing up as 0 still. Is it because the rankings haven't updated, or is my account really screwed?
Yea, Nexon's so unfair, aren't they? I buy tons of nx and complain to them everyday, and they never banned or sent me a warning ticket even once. They always responded politely, and they always sent me maple points to compensate for my troubles. They wudn't dare ban constant nx buyers cuz of the profit that they make off them.
Thanks for the reponses. I've had this account for a long time and I was really upset about this.
Not so much because of my characters, but because:
If I make a new account, I lose the 15+ character slots I've accumulated, and you can't make login ID's anymore.
This once happened to one of my accounts for getting banned for something out of my control. One day though my characters just magically reappeared.
I don't have a solution for you, but I can tell you to not lose hope.
I got ban 1 month for afk in lhc, for a while i wasn't in ranking. But couple months after the ban i was back up there =].
