It's still possible like other uses said. You can start the quest with empress might and you need to farm 20 lunar dews to get a skill that will let you wear +10 lvl equips higher than you. After this quest, you will have to complete 5 quests (one for each skill level of your ultimate adventurer skill) from your cygnus job instructor. All explorer, included Dual Blader, Cannoneer and Jett, can get those skills.

I recommend to bring a kanna (kishen) in your maps and farm those quest items under high drop multiplier. It took me 4 hours to complete those quests under my Jett, but it usually takes 20 hours + for average maplers.

empress might, lets you equip item 10lvls higher than you, then you start the quest for the skill, do it 5x for max level.

Next, there are 5 more quests in which you collect 10 items each. The drop rate is extremely low.I noted the times and droprate I used. It took that duration to complete only the pre-requisite. The rest of the drops weren't any quicker.

Yep. Not sure about bladers and cannoneers, though.

And yes, prepare to waste days of your life for this, unless you've got tons of drop multipliers.

You need to collect 20 on the first stage and I believe another 10 on the second and final stage. And they barely drop them so I don't recommend doing it. So stressful.
Just don't do it for real.
