Phantom or db?
I'm not that funded and this is assuming lvl 120-160.
I'll probably have 100-500k range , but I was wondering whether db or phantoms are stronger with the same gear? Reason is I know cross surge increases the range but I heard db are stronger than phantoms regardless. I like playing both but would like to main one for bossing and damage.
So with 20b which one would be stronger?

Everyone in maple saids db is stronger yet basil saids otherwise. With the same amount of funding they say db does mor damage
I thought you could only go between nl db and shad

Phantoms are gonna be stronger and you can probably do more bosses with phantom.
20b phantoms will be stronger
